TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Appliance Repair Inc. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

  1. SERVICES PROVIDED: Appliance Repair Inc. provides repair and maintenance services for both residential and commercial appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, freezers, ice-makers, ice-machines, wine coolers, dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, gas ranges, gas stoves, electric stoves, range tops, cook tops, kitchen vents, washing machines/washers, dryers, and trash compactors. Our services include diagnosis of any issues with your appliance, providing an estimate of the cost of the repair, and completing the repair in a timely and professional manner. All deadlines and timeframes for obtaining parts and performing repairs provided by the technician to the customer are estimated. Appliance Repair Inc. is not responsible for any delays in performing repair work related to the operations of delivery services, suppliers and manufacturers, insurance and warranty companies, or any other third parties involved in the repair.

  2. BOOKING SERVICES: To book our services, you can call or text us at +1 (760) 282-4067, fill out our online form, or email us at [email protected]. When booking, please provide us with your full name, contact details, service address, billing address, appliance brand, and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. Any other information related to the appliance in need of repair is also appreciated.

  3. PAYMENT: We accept payment by credit card, check, cash, online payment methods such as Zelle and Venmo, and ACH transfer. Payment must be made in full at the time of service unless other payment arrangements have been made. Late payment may result in a 5% late fee per month or partial month until payment is received.

  4. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations can be made at any time prior to the technician’s departure for the service address without penalty. If parts have been ordered and/or shipped to Appliance Repair Inc., a 25% restocking fee and service charge will be deducted from any refund. If an error was made on our end, a full refund will be given.

  5. WARRANTY: Our services and parts come with a 90-day warranty from the date of installation. Some manufacturers may offer a 1-year warranty on their parts from the date of installation. To be eligible for our warranty, the appliance must be used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and must not have been subject to misuse or abuse.

  6. CONFIDENTIALITY: At Appliance Repair Inc., we take the confidentiality of your personal and service-related information very seriously. Your full name, contact details, service address, billing address, appliance brand, and any other information related to your appliance are used only for the purposes of completing the repair and conducting internal record keeping. We may share this information with our sub-contractors only for the purpose of completing the repair. Your payment information, including credit card numbers and bank account details, are not stored by Appliance Repair Inc. and are used only for payment processing.

  7. WORKING HOURS: Our working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, Pacific Time, except on public holidays. For emergency services, please contact the owner at their personal number, +1 (760) 285-8821.

  8. COMPLIANCE: Clients are prohibited from using our services for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who violates this policy.

  9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Appliance Repair Inc. is not liable for any damage to your appliance beyond that which is required to complete the repair. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of an appliance’s malfunction. Appliance Repair Inc. is not responsible for any personalinjury or property damage that may occur during the use of the appliance after our repair. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair or replacement of the defective parts. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  10. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE: Appliance Repair Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the terms of service periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications or updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

  11. GOVERNING LAW: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms of service or the use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in the State of California.

  12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and Appliance Repair Inc. regarding the use of our services. Any waiver of any provision of these terms of service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Appliance Repair Inc.

  13. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these terms of service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  14. ASSIGNMENT: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms of service without the prior written consent of Appliance Repair Inc. Any attempt to do so will be void.
